want to play paintball and sign this document in consideration of being
given the opportunity to engage in the activities.
I UNDERSTAND THAT:
a.
Paintball games are physically and mentally intense and may require
extreme exertion to play.
b.
The games can be dangerous if not played in accordance with the stated
rules which will be fully explained to the players.
c.
The possibility of injury to myself and others exists.
I CONFIRM THAT:
a.
I am fully aware of the risks to myself and others involved in
paintballing and that I will never, under any circumstances,
deliberately break any rules.
b.
I am physically fit and mentally able to take the strain and exertion
involved in any game.
c.
I will comply with the rules and use the equipment as instructed and not
so as to injure or hurt others and will obey all the directions of any
Marshals or Judges.
d.
I will wear my goggles and not remove them while in a Paintball Game
area.
If I do not have my own paintball marker or safety
equipment, I may borrow said equipment if it is available. There will be
NO rental or hire charge for this but I agree to purchase paintballs and
HPA (high pressure air) from any another player who wishes to sell these
to me.
RELEASE:
I hereby release, remise and forever discharge from any claims and
liabilities whatsoever without limitation that I might have against, the
Owners of the property on which the games are being played and any other
player who might injure me howsoever arising, and I make this release on
behalf of myself, my heirs, executors and administrators.
LOAN AGREEMENT:
I agree to return any equipment that is loaned to me at the end of the
day to the person who loaned it to me. I have read and fully understand
all the terms of this document and confirm that I am not relying on any
statements or representations by any person or entity as an inducement
to my fully and voluntarily engaging in any games assuming the risks and
obligations stated above signing this document.
